Technology is constantly evolving, and in recent years, there has been a lot of talk about the Metaverse. With the rise of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and their impact on gaming and fashion, it feels like the Metaverse is just around the corner. However, as we move into this virtual world, it raises questions about our future lifestyle. Will we continue to travel and have physical encounters? Or will we grow isolated, lazy, or even depressed?
One basic need that may be affected is touch. Will garments be able to ease our minds in this kind of world? Will we be able to choose when to use a garment for sedation and when to simply wear it?
